At Steve Madden Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that all clearance items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn footwear or accessories back into their original shoebox or packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt to track the return status until your refund is processed.
